The Wizards' loss to the Grizzlies on Monday was not because of effort. It was because of pace. Stuck in a grind-it-out half court game to the Grizzlies' liking most of the night, the Wizards ran out of time when they staged a fourth quarter rally. The commitment was there, but the Grizzlies stopped the Wizards six-game winning streak.
It is with confidence then that the Wizards enter tonight's game against the Utah and with a desire to make up for a a 104-101 road loss in January to the Jazz.
