With signs of growth, Wizards go for road sweep

January 10, 2014

In Charlotte Trevor Booker was the difference in the third quarter. In New Orleans Bradley Beal went on a tear after halftime and turned the game in the Wizards favor. The Wizards are not forcing things. Two wins in two games on the road have been because of collective efforts. It can change from game to game.

What remains consistent for the Wizards are signs of growth.

The goal is now for the Wizards to get back to .500 before returning home to play Houston on Saturday. The Wizards are trying to stop an eleven game losing streak in Indiana.

Our exclusive Daily Wizdom preview

The points to remember against the Pacers:

1. The Wizards need be more physical over finesse.

2. Run, run, run, Pacers want to grind it out. Wizards need more than 15 fast break points.

3. Ball has to move. Pacers are too good on defense.

4. Attack paint. Pacers lead the NBA in fewest paint points allowed.

5. Improve spacing.
