It's a nice problem to have. Nene and Bradley Beal quickly shed any rust they might have had from their time on the sideline and made an immediate impact. Beal returned on Monday against the Knicks and was the hero and on Wednesday he combined with Nene to help secure a win over the Nets.
Nice problem to have...
Beal has started in his two games back. He played 30 minutes against the Knicks and then 28 minutes against the Nets. Nene came off the bench and played 22 minutes against the Nets.
Nene was missed in so many ways. LISTEN:
The return of Beal and Nene has taken pressure off of John Wall.
“It’s a lot better for me because you can’t just single in on me. We can move the ball, set pick-and-rolls and we had guys finish plays. That’s the main thing. We do a good job of getting it to people; we just got to finish plays. That takes pressure off me, but we just got to get stops because we knew they were going to make a run and we stuck with ourselves.”
One more game before Christmas, on the road Saturday in Boston and it is an early start.
